Late September is the end of summer or the beginning of fall in Hungary. Generally, this is the most pleasant and relatively dry and quiet period of the year. Late September is often called as 'Indian summer' or 'Summer of Old Ladies' (in Hungarian). The average temperature is around 15 °C (20-25 °C daytime and 10 °C at night). However, the climate is rather changeable in central Europe; the temperature can be above 25 °C or below 10 °C and even heavy rains cannot be ruled out.

Meals during the Conference:

The registration fee includes the participation at the Welcome Reception (Friday evening) and Closing Banquet (Monday evening), but other meals (lunches and dinners) are not included. Hotel Lycium will, however, offer a menu lunch for Saturday to Monday which can be ordered and paid at the Registration Desk, upon arrival. The price of the menu lunch will be 1900 HUF, (approximately 7 Euro). Moreover, there are at least one dozen of Fast Food and some other Restaurants and two Shopping Centres in walking distance from the Conference Venue.
